Can you specify how the code line is read with the CaptureOne?

The CaptureOne has the ability to use MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition), OCR (Optical character recognition), or both (OCR assist) to read the code line. The option can be set in the "S1000Options.ini" file with the setting below or it can be set using the "SetDriverOption()" method.
  1. [General]
  2. MICRReadMethod: Magnetic (default), OCR, or Both
For the setting of "Both", the OCR and MICR reads are compared and if there are any discrepancies the character is set to unknown.
