Do I have to send down OCR coordinates to do the MICR read?

WiseIP does not report the OCR-based MICR reader in the same way on the 7731 as it does on the 7780 and iTRAN. WiseIP returns an undocumented device model number for the 7731 MICR reader (0xC2A1).

This Ranger.ocx should update the TransportInfo.ini file to indicate that a MICR reader is present on 7731s.
