Ranger API installer /D commands
The /D (directory) commands was added to Ranger installers for version
4.1.9 or higher. All 2.x Ranger releases should allow for the /D
command as well. When specifying a /D (directory) command for our
installers, please note that this must be the last command in a list of
arguments. There must not be any quotes present even if the path
contains spaces.
