Why is Part of the Registration Key Missing in the Ranger Unlock Window?
The first portion of the registration key is the MAC address
of the workstation, which Ranger obtains from the OS through standard
functions.
If this portion is missing, it means something went wrong with
getting the MAC address from the OS.
Check your workstation's setup and see if there's anything unusual which might preventing the MAC address from being identified.
