Why don't CR-180 gray scale images display in my application or the demo app?
It's possible that ceijpeg.dll isn't installed correctly by the
original Canon install package. This causes an issue on Windows when it
tries to load the DLL from the Canon directory (instead of the Ranger
directory).
A file size of 512 bytes is always returned if the DLL fails to load. Thus, grayscale imaging fails.
Solution: copy ceijpeg.dll from the Ranger install directory to the '\WinNT\System32' folder.
