The initial distribution of Ranger for the CR-180 (v1.4.21) does not include the msflxgrd.ocx (not installed by default on some platforms).

Solution 1:
Use an updated Ranger install (version 1.4.21.3 or later).

Contact your Canon dealer or https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-cr-180-check-transport for the latest Ranger for CR-180 release.

Solution 2:
   1.  Copy msflxgrd.ocx to the WINNT\system32 directory.
   2.  Register it using regsvr32. (i.e. regsvr32 "C:\WINNT\system32\MSFLXGRD.OCX")
