Why will Bloodhound not start or crashes when using Ranger for the CR-180 v1.4.2
The initial distribution of Ranger for the CR-180 (v1.4.21) does not
include the msflxgrd.ocx (not installed by default on some platforms).
Solution 1:
Use an updated Ranger install (version 1.4.21.3 or later).
