Scenario 2: Reinstalling Windows or Performing a Factory Reset
If you recently reinstalled Windows or performed a factory reset on your workstation, follow the steps under Solution 2-4.
Scenario 3: Moving to a Different Workstation or Replacing Hardware
If you’ve switched to a new workstation or replaced your workstation motherboard, follow Solution 2-4.
Scenario 4: Unexpected Modification to Windows Registry Entries
If the Windows Registry entries that our software uses were modified unexpectedly, follow Solution 2-4.
